and given the news - that would indicate to me accummulation by nonretail( someone with bucks ) as they have the funds to hold down the stock

but

that also indicates to me that the NS is not being covered

i just can't imagine that we have accummulation and covering and the pps is declining since the highs of a couple weeks ago

not with the proformas released, lumber mill, cement, 25% open market buying etc etc etc
