Are you REALLY still trying to argue that all restructuring requires recapitalization? Can you please just admit that restructuring can take many forms, one of them being recapitalization, but not necessarily that path? Mnuchin did not make it clear what form of restructuring he meant in ANY WAY!

Did you really just suggest than anything in a company that involves capital is a form of recapitalization? A settlement payment is now recapitalization?!? REALLY!??!?!?!?!?! HAHAHAHA. That doesn't even match up with YOUR definition of recapitalization.
