Not entirely out of the question seeing that Troy has numerous SEC complaints,with at least two for penny stock scamming(getting friends to buy then release bogus PR'S so they can sell)But don't take my word for it google SEC complaints.


Surely the Judge did not buy shares or this is going to go all the way back to square one...
