I would hope so, this was in the eighties ... I have friends who smoke it NOW also
... but not every day and not for nothing .. ;) ...

for back and fun .... and I don't mind at all they smoke in our backyard ..AND

I voted for it every time it came on our ballots ..

but that doesn't negate the fact that if kids are turning up in er's sick, any KIND of sick, that -THAT fact should be ignored ..

we need to find out more or heck how much? ..to be a partner WITH parents
