Lets get real. All they are awaiting is the judge to finalize the default judgement so the shares can be cancelled. Need to know when that hearing is going to be done or Florida may be a state the Judge just signs off on the default order when he gets a chance. 60 days have passed so the other parties are in default and some judges like to give the defendant time, but at this point default has been entered, not the judge just needs to finalize. If there was anything the court was waiting on there would be that document in the case and there is not , so the share cancellation is a sure thing.
