DesertDrifter: DD, I really don't have a side on "pot" because I don't & never did do drugs. Have said that, I did eat "black molls" out the ass when we had trouble on the rigs. To stay awake in case I had to make a run for the life boat.
I can speak about the things I saw in the military. I saw troops just back from Vietnam that had to go to different drugs because pot just didn't do it for them anymore. Don't know the reasons why. Could be the pot here was not as good as it was over there. Another thing it might have been for the things they seen & done in Nam. I just can't come up with a good reason to do pot. Or any street drugs.
