They paid for them somehow, unless the bonds were given to CSHD. I'm still trying to wrap my brain around how a bond is "acquired" and some how increasesshareholder equity and book value.

if the co. issued shares for the bond, they would increase the net worth of the company, but dilute the per share equity, would they not?
