I was VERY disappointed in the way the converence call was conducted. They had several days to prepare or this, yet stumbled around over a list of questions that shareholders made up. It was extremely unprofessional in its execution. If this is typical of the way Bill & co. do business, then I think we are in for a long, long ride on the way to the bank, if we ever get there. That call should have been scripted from start to finish. TH
