[guidelines]

ATTENTION: I didn't want to divulge the following information until I was able to open my new account and buy a position, which I now have. I didn't want to say anything to raise the PPS until I could buy a position, understandably. Over the weekend, I tried to place an order and realized that TDAmeritrade did not trade ORRV and would not allow me to buy shares (I was PO'd and a little panicked), I emailed the "investor relations" email on the McCusker website, and advised them to have their securities legal team contact Depository Trust Company (DTC) to have DTC release the unwarranted hold on trading of ORRV - (these types of holds are usually due to a stock symbol not trading much volume over a year or more, as well as not maintaining basic reporting). What is important to note - McCusker recently purchased (RM'd) the ORRV corporate entity in order to have a trading facility on the OTC exchange (smart move, since a traditional IPO launch would've cost McCusker alot more $)


So, I was pleasantly surprised to receive not one, but several responses from the founding CEO, Will McCusker. He was genuinely concerned about my temporary inability to buy a position in his company's stock and offered to help in any way he could. I explained to him that I was worried that the ORRV share price would skyrocket upwards before i could open a new account and buy a position. So, Mr. McCusker spent his weekend going into action corresponding with his legal team to resolve the DTC matter, and advised me that "we will be posting a PR that clearly details what McCusker is doing to update filings and comply with all reporting requirements, within a week or so".

I want to shout out to everyone that I have not run across a company of this stature with solid revenues in all my DDs of OTC stocks this year. I spent my entire Saturday and Sunday reading every single Twitter: https://twitter.com/mccuskerco/media

I read every single web page, http://www.mccuskerco.com/ , every publicly available document, including docs on their latest acquisition of their own Evergreen Underwriting company - which eliminates paying out profits in fees to external underwriters to underwrite McCusker's warranty insurance policies.

I believe that, unless we all discover some unforeseen negative SNAFU that we just didn't catch with all of our collective DD - this company, McCusker Holdings, is going to be a life changer for us penny land investors. I intend to throw all-in and continue to accumulate. Just my honest opinion.
