Lol! Seriously! Sorry, but I completely disagree. I think they'll be there by March. I think they'll make the first quarter or early 2017 goal.

Why even bother with a presentation about the last mile unless you've already finished? What are they going to do, get up and talk about how close they've been for 3 years, not likely.

I think it'll be a discussion on the shift of the market from cadmium to cadmium free and how that prevented QMC from reaching commercial status in 2016. It literally prevented commercial sales in 2016 since everyone shifted to cad free and they had to develop a cad free film with their partners. We're now just waiting for that film to be finalized and start production.
