...please explain exactly how they can...which convertible instrument sold or soon to be sold can dilute MMEG shareholders into oblivion? There aren't many instruments outstanding, in fact very few...simple to list them and explain each one and their potential dilutive effect. I look forward to discussing this with you. Thanks...
