TMM got beaten badly in their stupid and costly filing of a lawsuit they filed and held on to for over 2-1/2 years. Now TMM will probably pay up something to Dimension for this folly. The sad part (per the court ruling) is TMM knew that Dimension had claim to the license for VDK2.0 prior to filing this lose-lose effort.
TMM then puts out a PR about two new directors and everyone is gleeful. I hope they can help TMM. Their first order of business should be to fire the current directors for wasting over $10 million from PPs and for spending approximately $3 million (stock to DFI and legal fees) in a lawsuit they knew was bogus.
It did provide TMM some true value though, it's the excuse they've used for not doing a damn thing.
