SFTBF is the actual stock and SFTBY is American Depositary Receipts (ADR) which means a US bank is issuing shares that represent a foreign stock. It isn't always represented as one share. It could be more than one share or less. Not sure here but I think it is represented as a half share. Anyone who know better can respond.
