Juniper Partners Acquisition Corp. will acquire the privately-held company, Firestone Communications, Inc. which owns and manages ¡Sorpresa!, a children's TV network and digital company targeting Hispanic youth. The deal will be final in fourth quarter, and once completed, Juniper will change its name to Juniper Content Corporation. ¡Sorpresa! is the first 24-hour network dedicated to Hispanic children ages two to 17 years old, with content ranging from educational, sports and live-action animation.
