Correct but I still have my yearly 3k I use from my idiotic moves back in the "dotcom" era if that tells you my story. Any yearly gains are free and clear for me as I have enough carry over losses to support the gains. At some point I'll exhaust them but as of now I have a few more years of the 3k left.
