Looks like this overvalued and almost-bankrupt company is heading back to where it came from: $0.05.

The company doesn't own a greenhouse, nor does it own any plants. Its liabilities are a large multiple of its assets, which are mainly the $250K "Candwich" license.

The funky capital structure tricks people. Even if there weren't all the convertible preferred shares, $100mm market cap would be a joke. Factor those in, and the market cap soars to over $500mm. Wow!
