urban Simpson was never supposed to get the TMM shares back in 1999 the 29 investors were supposed to get the shares for loaning their's as collateral for a loan. TMM got over $400,000 of the money raised from the sale of those shares but never paid the investors the new shares. Keep in mind Simpson and Haskins put in NOTHING.
