Just a waste of time... money... and resources... to go after Les... they'll never get... even a penny back... so why throw good money after bad

Wrong! Wrong! And Wrong! This battered wife syndrome is exactly what Price is counting on from gutless shareholders so that he can complete his pillage of the company completely unscathed.

The prick who robbed the company blind is suing Medinah for chrissakes, for services that were already compensated in 2012, and for debts that he has signed off with 3 witnesses and you want to let him off the hook scot free? I'm breaking my neck from shaking my head so vigorously.

There is a long and clear paper trail with his greedy, grubby, wrinkled fingerprints all over it. Medinah will countersue in BC (thank you Les) where the authorities have jurisdiction actually enforce any judgement decided against him.

I guarantee if you take a poll of all shareholders, 99% of them will vote to pursue Price for damages even if it costs up to $1 million to do so. And if ADL holds all these riches that you profess, then any monies spent defending the company AND prosecuting Price is money well spent IMO and should only be a drop in the bucket.

Or do you not believe that ADL won't provide MDMN with enough funds to support its legal bills in recovering damages?
