They are also requesting all documentation of the merger between iTalk and UMS, as well as all financial records and the records relating to the 16-20 stores.

Wouldn't we all like clarification on that? I figured the court would also want to see what is really going on with all that.

And it is an acquisition, right? Oh, those pesky details.

So many things need clarified, and yet TALK persists in refusing to file their required disclosures.

This is not good.
