IBCL's product was good, but they got involved with stock manipulators. If you are implying that I have made bad decisions, I have. They generally happened when I bought and held a stock. That is why it took so long to get back into PPHM. I really thought about getting back in when PPHM entered phase III. I studied about the success rate of drugs in phase III and decided to wait it out.

I am feeling pretty good about PPHM right now. I could have waited a month longer, but I like my entry price.
