I've never heard that about statistics. I have heard you can prove anything with them. This case is closed whatever statistics say. But future cases.... there's a question that has been nagging at me.

Since you seem to be in a reasonable mood perhaps you can answer it. We know that unreliable Tom withheld the source code and Dimension obtained it from MediaBin. We know that Dimension has been declared to have the Pvi/Sgi license rights.

But what source code did Dimension convince mediabin to give them?
