That was a typo in the report.
"Now that we have established a strong foothold in the law enforcement market, we have begun to turn our attention to expanding the markets that ICOP serves."
It was supposed to say, "Now that we have failed to establish a strong foothold ......"
Sales to two-bit county Sheriff's departments and huge increases in administrative expenses just don't cut it. This company is toast, just too much competition and poor sales force. I've taken a beating here, thanks to "It's going to be the next TASR" badbennie creep. What a jerk.
