To respond to my own post, Offor could get a lot richer holding on to his ERHE shares once there are proven reserves in "our" JDZ blocks than by selling Chrome to Sinopec or another Chinese oil company.

Re: the US vs ERHC, there could be so little real evidence that tangible penalties will never be put forward by the SEC or the DOJ.
