Very good questions....

I doubt there will be any answers because CEO's can't just set a stock price.

Heres a few question I have. You seem to be ontop of this pretty good so maybe you can help.

The merge.. Now, from what I read the non trading pink company they merged with had millions of shares outstanding and were sharesholders were supposed to get 1 share of FHAL for every one share they held.. Up until the merge, the stock has been trading on the amount of FHAL share O/S and in the float. Well, now that these shares have been given to the original Conversion Solutions shareholders, there will be a shitload more shares entering the market place, no? New shares hitting the float as they are sold. Is this correct? If so, I would assume this would have a negative effect on the PPS. Are these shares hitting the market now?
