and that CD means what Xanadu? So tell me how does one draw on a CD (GGI) and then not dilute???? Psssssstttttttt.....they can not!

For every share they sell to GGI at 1.09 dollars per share, they dilute the stock by 300 shares (minimum)...oh OK, actually 287 shares at a minimum.
