Ahhh.. so Trans Canada is the only pipeline company, or company that has a pipeline headquartered in Calgary? A little refresher.. TCPL TERMINATED the lease before any testing beyond the 24 hours, to which the AOT failed. They had a clause to purchase, which they DID NOT.. they had a clause to extend the lease, to which they DID NOT. They had a clause to move the ship anchor, and continue testing, but they DID NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!
