I might well be wrong. I was reading the claims made in MaxD's lawsuit in Santa Cruz though. In there it's claimed that the post it note incident occurred in the spring of 2010 I think, with a non disclosure agreement signed in April. Not so?

I don't think I've harped on what you might do, or even mentioned it. Thinking of someone else maybe? Congratulations on selling Vedanti for 115 million dollars!
