Its useless information.. wasn't it Trans Canada that said the lab results did not translate into the field? Why would they want to do it again? If there has been no testing to date really, what would any of this lab testing mean? More of the same old same old.. release irrelevant viscosity numbers that so far have shown ZERO to translate to anything remotely commercially viable.
