They looked at it in 1950 it was not viable then it isn't viable in 2016. Brazil can increase or decrease production for $43 bucks a kilo. The material use is plugged as an addition to car manufacturing with is moving towards polycarbonate, carbon fiber builds. The whole thing is a none starter. Thats what you will be investing in. A non starter.
