I was continuing a conversation with 4retire. I don't mind you cutting in, but would appreciate if you could stay on the topic of the conversation. That was about damage purportedly caused by Tmm 'encumbering' Dimension from making use of the VDK 2 license. I point to two periods where it appears Dimension was unquestionably 'unencumbered' for reasons I think you can follow.

You raise, again, the issue of possession and repeat the unfounded claims that Tmm took physical possession of software from iterated unlawfully (stole/misappropriated/converted etc) and that the license which Dimension has and had over VDK 2 means that only Dimension is entitled to have possession of the code. If you stop and think about that for a moment, you will realize I think the later contention is absurd. The former one isn't based on fact. To consider that, consider how Tom Simpson and perhaps others initially came in to possession of this software.
