If you're talking about earlier dates, ilke 2013, robert w. roche was buying BIG via acorn composite corp, even then. check this out:

ownership filings are a bit complicated due to acorn composite linking to roche, who is a subset of acorn, so that's why you see some duplicate entries in the filings.

back in january, 2016 RVUE did a deal with roche where they issued stock in an initial "take out purchase" to pay off their debt:

then beyond that they issued $1,080,000.00 in "regular purchases" at .013/share for 9 months. this ended last october.

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1455206/000107878216002244/f8k011816_8k.htm

so roche is in it for around $1.3M just on the basis of this 2016 deal.

then add to that whatever stock he bought in the preceding years, some of which i linked at the top of this post, and the 18M shares owned by his family - i think ivue holdings bought around .04/share (don't know for sure), so that's a decent investment which is now way underwater.

all told, this is much more than $720K, more than the $1.3M...

and it's not just roche, go back before the recent roche financing deals, and here's CEO mark pacchini buying at .06, .07, nice big blocks:
