riffing on this, we thought for the time we've been here that #DOOH is a good fit with robert w. roche's other businesses.

and maybe it still is, but it's taking up too much space where it is.

in other words, roche may grab the RVUE core biz in liquidation, since it would help his own companies advertise products and services, and then use the empty RVUE vehicle to take his various private ventures public.

in the process, via the terms of his $200K bridge loan, he gets a lot more shares in the shell.
