nosfelle, i appreciate your openness and candor - my vote would be to avoid a share count here on the board, for a few reasons: 1. folks don't always report the true amount. 2. people who own a lot may not speak up at all. this is not uncommon. 3. it can make some think they're "lagging behind" and encourage them to over-invest. but if you assume half the people who have the board marked are shareholders, that means 76 or so. or maybe it's 100 of 152 who have stock. figure the average position size is 1M shares... that's a lot of the float right here on our board.
