There will be not only be no tox studies, I don't think there will be any substantial material progress in 2017.

But that does not preclude some kind of announcement that scares the short-sellers into submission. Check it out. First find a broker that is willing to lend NNVC stock for a short sale, if you are not a huge fund doing a lot of business. If you do ask what the call in provision is.

Bottom line not only is the loan fee through the roof but the leash is very short. If there is any hint of something brewing a violent short-squeeze is a very real possibility. a 500% price increase is not out of the question.

So the question is what might Gene cook up to trigger a short-stampede. That is what would be needed to do another PIPE. Without another PIPE the gravy train grinds to a halt.
