Apotex – As I said in a prior post, if I were Sherman’s lawyer I would counsel him to STFU. Not only because anything he says or writes can be used against him, but also because it just isn’t good business to ridicule other companies in the drug industry. How will these companies feel about dealing with Sherman on the next patent case that comes up?
