We do not know how many shares were added when they acquired mcv. We do not know if the shares were added at the beginning of the acquisition or when the final audits were done and everything was finalized. Everyone here including myself thought the notes were done based on the 10-q but we could have messed up a note being counted when it could have been an addition in shares based on the above acquisition.
