agree, robert w. roche took control of RVUE for a reason, and i think he understands and appreciates his fiduciary responsibility to shareholders. he's got a reputation and visibility that will benefit from doing amazing things here.
we don't know everything that motivated RVUE's recent non-filing status, but one school of thought is roche did this so they could move a lot faster.
if there are several transactions happening, it makes sense they'd document everything really well and then file after the fact, once the whole company is built.
and just because they aren't SEC-reporting doesn't mean they won't make good use of press releases. they may file unaudited books on otcmarkets.com, too.
