lesnshawn.. you are confused. The award or grant of a new symbol you are mentioning is the initial award.. not the simple process of changing a symbol.

I am not implying anything. I am saying. A symbol change requires nothing to be filed like a form 10sb of 10K. A merger/acquisition like this one requires a Form 10K.

The difference between you and me is you are reading stuff and trying to grasp it. I lived this business for nearly 20 years and dealt with these rules on a daily basis.

They have merged.. or so they say. They are preparing the required form 10K. If they don't.. the merger will probably unwind.

The consolidated audit is not complete. There is a financial statement on the website which Rufus claims is audited but in his 8K filing he discloses that they are not audited. It is possible they are audited but not claming it on the 8k.. it doesn't really matter. What matters is that now.. at this moment.. the merger is priced into the stock.. it has been for weeks.. the 10k is late and getting later... there are obvious problems which Rufus has steadfastly refused to address from money that was then wasn't.. urging everyone to buy then telling them they can't say that... subsidiaries that aren't.. and guarantees of a $15 stock price that is not allowed to be made.

FHAL does not exist.. the company is now Conversion Solutions.. the name was changed.. remember?

Symbol changed do not require an audit.. mergers do.. got it?
