why do you say TAUG is bitter, they rejected DECN and Berman. Seth could have folded to Bozo Berman's bullying and screwed his shareholders. Berman has been CEO or a Director while this company has racked up over 40 mil in losses and wiped shareholders out completely.

I would say that TAUG shareholders are happy not to have turned over control to this weirdo Berman.
