ok, to clarify:

Patent '856: final decision issued last week. claim 1 killed. This was the only claim from '856 in the law suit and in the IPR

Patent '558: final decision issued today. all claims killed except 5 and 7

Patent '998: final decision issued today. all claims killed

Now, there is another IPR for '998, although I don't know why and I don't know what the use of a positive ruling on it would be or how that would come about.
