I believe it is an attempt to have Dan removed, as he is screwing up their plans. Dan is doing everything right, cleaning up their mess, and rebuilding on a solid foundation. Something Scott never did. With all the shares they had, they went for the easy and quick money, not the long game.

No one is buying the crap that is being spewed on these boards by them.
