having legal Trademark registrations is less critical to the company at this stage than being truthful in its financial reports about them

I didn't know that the discussion of Trademarks was placed in the financials and/or footnotes. I thought this discussion was in the Business Summary, and of course the Trademark situation is fluid. A simple call to the company would provide clarity.
