yellowjacket ... Absolutely correct. Late day painting is the norm. Just one of many tricks they play on the retail investor.

duke27 and jonesieatl, you both may very well be right. But I tend to believe that NEOM isn't for sale, and certainly not at the price that has probably been offered... so the games begin!!
