Not sure of whom you refer, there has been congressmen, various news coverage, billionaires... who have all indicated in various ways Fannie and Freddie have paid back more than they owed and the net worth sweep should be ended.

Even Melvin Watt admits the sweep was made illegally.

And yet here we are years later, waiting on an appeals court decision.
