It is difficult to measure the sense of urgency that might exist in the halls of Peregrine. Such a mind set seldom translates into good operational moves with positive effects with ongoing negotiations. It does appear to be part of several repeated posts that may be more aptly characterized as desperate. It is hard to understand the repeated messages without providing any additional facts.
