I don't know which is more inexplicable that statement or your surprise at being ostracized for questioning the viability of this investment.

Nothing rationale going on here. Just good old fashioned blind lustful greed.

May as well try to hold a "sober" give-and-take with folks who believe in leprechauns and pots of gold at the end of the rainbow.
