I imagine they will, although the OTC isn't up till Friday. So perhaps first thing then. Reassuring or not I think they must. But who will write it?

I'm not convinced that Tmmi was completely wrong to start this lawsuit, though it does appear that they lost control of it and a strategic sense about pursuing it, or how to end it.

Putting this result --- a bad one for Tmmi without question, in context, let's remember that the scope of the conflict was much larger originally. Dimension did not defend some of the assertions initially made, and 8 of 10 of the counterclaims were dismissed. Tmmi has lost one of the two remaining ones -- and I'm not trying to dress that up as any sort of victory. It's wounding and not just a scratch.

This seems like another example of the lack of strategic direction at the top. Perhaps the news release issued before the OTC starts trading Friday morning will also thank loyal shareholders with the same grace as Stock just has, and include the resignation of at least the CEO.

Kosole and Ford I think might be folks you'd want to stick around, because they seem credible, someone has to, and few will seek the offices.
