From 3/21/13 on IHUB: The sad part is I did send a couple of emails to TMM concerning my doubt as to the integrity of the new lawsuit. I received nothing back from them.

"Phil, what if I told you that TMMI's lawsuit is based on a couple of affidavits from (of all people) Tom Simpson? Yeah, he's sure the guy I would march out in front of a court to prove anything. Jay (TMMILONG) recently posted that Simpson was out and TMMI wanted nothing to do with him. Evidently that wasn't true as TMMI is basing their lawsuit on his memory. This is TRULY SAD! In fact it's a joke and I can't believe that our supposed top notch management would even consider such a thing, let alone allow it. We're going to get embarrassed.

This is the same guy............never mind. If you haven't done due diligence then it won't matter anyway."
