I guess maybe you think TMM spending over $1 million in a failed suit is incidental? How about the idiotic purchase of DFI? That must be incidental as well????

I said in March '13 that the filing of a lawsuit against Dimension was an ignorant move. I knew that TMM wouldn't win this case and said so then. In 2001 Fernandez told me that they didn't own the codec in question...that DFMI did. That's when I turned against TMM. They were (and continue to be) untruthful.
