demonstrate that to the FDA with a clinical trial that has a NORMAL control arm.

Is it possible....if Peregrine has collaborations with a Biotech "X" and their collaboration is based on sharing profits 50/50 if FDA approved ....that Peregrine allows that Biotech "X"to possibly file for a BTD based on that combo and that way....less chance of interference from outside parties....

... and take it one step further is it possible their may be a biotech out there in a trial using some PS Targeting drug but it is called something else to keep all attention away...

Peregrine seems very clever to make a good PR sound dull and boring so now I ask questions like this where if they are really clever and keep the spotlight away from some trial that ultimately is a PS Targeting drug ...

Hmmmm...almost the same as Mr Warren Buffet where he buys/accumulates stocks while having SEC approval to keep the spotlight away from him while he is accumulating ....

Certainly a plan has been in place ....for quite some time now
